A Standard retainer (£250/mo) pays for itself if you need 3 RAMS documents per month — with support and amendments on top of that, included at no extra charge.

Do unused documents roll over?
Yes — unused credits carry forward automatically. Each tier has a bank cap to keep workload manageable: Starter holds up to 3 credits, Standard up to 6, and Pro up to 6. Any credits above the cap are forfeited at month end, so it's worth using them.
Can I mix document types in a month?
Absolutely. One credit covers one document, whatever the type. In a single month you might use 2 RAMS and 1 COSHH — or any other combination that suits your workload.
What counts as a "minor amendment"?
Changing a product name, updating a site address, swapping a team member's name, adjusting a quantity — anything that doesn't change the fundamental scope or risk profile of the document.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter and Standard are fully month-to-month — cancel any time with one month's notice. Pro has a 3-month minimum to allow proper onboarding and review scheduling.
