We provide bespoke H&S documents to tradespeople and small businesses, including COSHH assessments, risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), health and safety policies, compliance audits, and toolbox talks.

An order is confirmed when you have communicated your requirements to AB SiteSafe (by phone, email, or completed intake form) and we have confirmed acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
Prices are as quoted at the time of order and are subject to change. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
Payment terms:
Payment may be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or other method as agreed. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed documents until full payment has been received.
Our standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from receipt of all required information. A 48-hour turnaround is available at an additional charge. Emergency 24-hour turnaround is available subject to availability.
Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by the volume or complexity of information provided. We will communicate promptly if delays are anticipated.
We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide complete, accurate, or timely information.
The quality and legal suitability of H&S documentation is directly dependent on the accuracy of the information provided by the client. AB SiteSafe produces documents in good faith based on the information supplied.
The client remains responsible for:
AB SiteSafe accepts no liability for incidents, enforcement action, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, or from the client's failure to implement the measures described in the completed documentation.
Two rounds of minor revisions are included with every document at no additional charge. A minor revision is defined as a correction, clarification, or small factual amendment based on the information originally provided.
Revisions that require significant additional information, a change in scope, or a substantial rewrite may be subject to an additional charge, which will be agreed with the client before work proceeds.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of document delivery.

Upon receipt of full payment, the completed documents are yours to use within your business. You may share them with contractors, clients, or regulatory bodies as required.
The templates, formats, layouts, and methodologies used to produce documents remain the intellectual property of AB SiteSafe. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our document formats to third parties.
AB SiteSafe's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total fee paid for that specific order.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of documents we have produced, including but not limited to: loss of contract, regulatory fines, enforcement action, or personal injury claims.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business information, documents, or intake details with any third party without your consent, except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
The documents produced by AB SiteSafe are designed to assist businesses in meeting their health and safety obligations. They are produced based on the information provided by the client and are intended as a starting point for compliance, not as a guarantee of legal compliance in all circumstances.
We strongly recommend that clients seek independent legal or regulatory advice if they are uncertain about their specific obligations. AB SiteSafe is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at absitesafe.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed at the time of the update.
