Shop Terms, Delivery & Returns

Last updated: July 2026  ·  AB SiteSafe  ·  absitesafe.co.uk

These terms apply to safety signs, posters and other physical products, and to digital template downloads, bought through the AB SiteSafe shop. They sit alongside our main Terms & Conditions (which govern our consultancy services) and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Who You Are Buying From

Products in the shop are sold by Alexander Banister trading as AB SiteSafe, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Trading address: Sunnybank, Exbourne, Devon, EX20 3RX
Email: absitesafe@outlook.com
Phone: 07487 592063
ICO registration: ZC155380

2. Products and Standards

Our safety signs and posters are manufactured to recognised UK standards, including BS EN ISO 7010 for graphical safety symbols where applicable. Materials, sizes and finishes are described on each product page. Colours may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.

Safety signage supports — but does not replace — a proper risk assessment. It remains your responsibility to determine which signs your premises legally requires. If you would like that assessed, our consultancy service can help.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total you pay for the item. AB SiteSafe is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added and we cannot issue a VAT invoice. Delivery is charged separately as set out below.

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send you confirmation that your payment has been received.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain only. We are unable to deliver to:

If you place an order for delivery to an area we cannot serve, we will contact you to arrange a refund or to quote any additional cost before dispatching. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days and we cannot agree a new date, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are a consumer (buying for purposes mainly outside your trade or business), you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described:

7. Digital Template Downloads

Some products are digital documents supplied by instant download. Because these are digital content supplied immediately:

8. Business Customers

The 14-day cancellation right in section 5 is a consumer right and does not apply to purchases made in the course of a business. Business customers' statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods (section 6) are unaffected. If you need to return a non-faulty item bought for business use, please contact us — we will consider it but are not obliged to accept it.

9. Complaints

If something is not right, please contact us first at absitesafe@outlook.com — we aim to put things right quickly. You can also read our full Complaints Procedure.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
