Actions required to meet the recommended provision

1. Display a first-aid notice at reception naming the first aider and the kit location (signage currently missing).
2. Arrange EFAW training for Daniel Mercer so qualified cover exists on the receptionist's non-working days — the studio currently relies on a single qualified first aider.
3. Add a body-fluid spill pack alongside the first-aid kit, supporting the studio's blood-borne-virus controls (see COSHH-HI-2026-01).
4. Note the nearest public AED location on the first-aid notice, and log a weekly kit-contents check.
Provision already exceeds the guideline minimum for a 3-employee studio; the actions above close the cover and signage gaps.
